JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated Striping Technician to join our team. This person will have responsibility to drive large trucks and provide high quality striping and stencilling services for our valuable customers, working closely with the striping crew.

QUALIFICATIONS include:

• Team Player: Ability and desire to work with others across the company, providing exceptional service to our employees and customers, and helping the company grow.
• Hand-Eye Coordination: Ability to paint stripes and skips on freeways and roadways accurately
• Communication Skills: Effectively work with others, ensuring the highest levels of customer service on the job
• Self-Motivation: Work independently to accomplish safety and service objectives in a timely and professional manner.
• Physically fit: ability to move and lift 75 lbs. suitable mental endurance – complete manual labor
• Class C Driver’s License: Laborer Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Drive large stencil/striping trucks
• Deliver striping services as ordered on roadways, parking lots, highways, etc
• Accurate documentation of jobs/work: logs, work progress/status reports
• Work toward achievement of goals and deadlines for team daily, weekly, monthly
• Repair/maintain equipment: mechanically Inclined
• Assess and diagnose equipment/product issues: trouble shooting skills
